Template styles
The free Simple template is a classic black-on-white layout with your accent colour on headings — it prints well on any printer and looks professional in a client’s inbox. Pro adds Bold, with a solid colour header band, and Minimal, an airy layout with fine rules and no boxes. All three use the same data, so you can switch at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the invoice template after downloading it?
The PDF itself is final, but the document stays in your browser. Open it from “Your documents”, change anything, and download a new PDF.
Is this template better than a Word or Excel invoice?
It does the arithmetic for you (including tax and discounts), numbers invoices automatically and formats any currency correctly, so there are no broken formulas or wrong totals.
Can I change “Invoice” to “Tax invoice”?
Yes. Use the optional Title field in the Details section. Whether you must use specific wording such as “Tax invoice” depends on your country’s rules.
Can I add my logo?
Yes, in the free version too. PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG logos are supported and are stored only in your browser.
